The stay here was such great in a town with a lovely square. The staff were friendly and excellent in case of questions. Appreciated big double room with a balcony, wouldn't mind staying there all day. Great location to attractions like Musee de l'ardenne, that was a minute walk from the hotel...

It was clean, breakfast was incredibly nice. The location was particularly good and perfect, not too far away from place Ducale. What's more, it was close enough to bars / restaurants.

I had a great 1 night stay. The staff were pleasant and friendly and the location was UNBEATABLE close to city center. , it was near the railway station, bars/restaurants and the town's main square.

The staff is always excellent, the setting is great with its proximity to bars, restaurants, and downtown, and it's just 1 km away from place Ducale.

the hotel's location near the station was a convenient benefit, especially after experiencing train problems. the staff made us feel very welcome upon arrival, and the hotel itself was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It's also worth mentioning that Charleville is a small town, so everything from shops and bars to restaurants and tourist sites are within walking distance. we appreciated the helpful staff's efforts to provide us with information about an adventure park nearby, even if there was a slight language barrier initially. They went above and beyond by researching it and giving us a printout with driving directions. Cons: Nothing was perfect! 😊.

The hotel is close to the station, welcoming, quiet, clean, and comfortable. The secure undercover parking is exceptional. The location is perfect for exploring the town. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. The breakfast room is lovely with a good selection.

The hotel's central location, just a few meters away from Musee de l'ardenne, was very convenient. The room was beautifully decorated and brand-new, featuring a balcony and a bath.

The location is perfect, right next to the train station and just a short walk to the city center and central square. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The room I stayed in was modern and well-equipped, with all the basic amenities I needed. I was particularly pleased to find a bathtub in the room, as I had specifically requested one. Additionally, the breakfast included in the rate was a nice touch, offering a decent selection of items to start the day off right.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic and I can't think of anything that could be improved.
